Since 1970, Phillip A. Troyer has accumulated education and experience directly related to the practice of architecture. The year 1988 marked a career milestone as well as the beginning of a new firm. The establishment of this practice allowed the offering of more comprehensive building services from concept to completion.

WHY CHOOSE A SMALL FIRM?
What can a small firm offer you that a much larger firm cannot deliver?
Personal Service The person you start with is the same person who follows you through to the end. In the small firm, there is no “corporate shuffle.”
Controlled Overhead Specialists are used only as needed on a per job basis to maximize efficiency and lower costs.
Project Control Assured A general background in multiple disciplines trains the architect to know when a specialist is required and allocate time accordingly.
Owner Interest Preserved The personal reputation of the architect is also at stake. The small firm architect is more than just “an employee” of a “firm.”
